Why This Matters
School moves online. Job applications live in browsers. Telehealth, VA benefits, financial tools, and the resources we share through our community all sit behind a screen. When a family's only working device is a phone with a cracked screen, opportunity narrows fast.
A new computer gives a family a secure, dependable tool from day one. It also protects donors and recipients by avoiding the privacy risks, data-wipe uncertainty, repair costs, and compatibility issues that can come with used devices.
What We Accept
For privacy and security reasons, we do not accept used, refurbished, or personally owned devices. Donors purchase a selected new computer through an approved Amazon link so each family receives the same secure baseline setup.
Our current selected computer is a MacBook Air. We will add the Amazon product link here once the final purchase page is ready.
Data & Privacy
Because donated devices go to families who may use them for school, benefits, finances, and AI tools, we avoid the risks of used-device storage, unknown malware, activation locks, missing chargers, and inconsistent hardware. New computers allow us to support families faster and more safely.

Choose the selected computer
Use the approved Amazon link once it is live. The current selected model is a MacBook Air.
Purchase new
Please do not send used, refurbished, opened-box, or personally owned devices.
Ship to the nonprofit
Send the computer to 8011 Brooks Chapel Rd. #1922, Brentwood, TN 37027, or follow the shipping instructions on the selected computer page when available.
Reach a family
We prepare the new computer for a family connected through the Military Family Support community.
